These terms apply to all collaborations, features, promotional content, services and partnerships provided through Bournemouth Atmosphere.

By working with Bournemouth Atmosphere, you agree to these terms.

  • Atmosphere-focused storytelling

Services may vary depending on the agreed package, project requirements and individual collaboration.

3. Content Creation & Publishing

Bournemouth Atmosphere creates content based on the agreed creative direction and purpose of each project.

The final creative style, filming approach, editing style and storytelling direction remain at the discretion of Bournemouth Atmosphere unless specific requirements have been agreed beforehand.

Bournemouth Atmosphere aims to represent places and businesses authentically while highlighting their atmosphere, identity and unique qualities.

4. Business Features & Collaborations

When a business or venue is featured:

  • The business agrees that Bournemouth Atmosphere may create and publish promotional content featuring the location, products, services or atmosphere.

  • The business may share and repost published content while crediting Bournemouth Atmosphere where appropriate.

  • Any promotional offers, discount codes or campaigns will be agreed separately between Bournemouth Atmosphere and the business.

A feature does not guarantee specific results, including visitor numbers, sales, followers or engagement.

5. Payments

For paid services:

  • Prices and deliverables will be agreed before work begins.

  • Payment terms will be confirmed during booking.

  • Work may require a deposit before production begins.

  • Final content delivery may be dependent on receiving full payment.

Additional work outside the agreed project scope may require additional payment.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If a project needs to be cancelled or rescheduled:

  • Bournemouth Atmosphere should be informed as soon as possible.

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to find an alternative date.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if significant preparation, planning or production work has already taken place.

Weather conditions, venue availability, safety concerns or circumstances outside of reasonable control may require rescheduling.

7. Use of Content

Unless otherwise agreed:

Bournemouth Atmosphere retains the right to use created content for:

  • Bournemouth Atmosphere website

  • Social media channels

  • Portfolio purposes

  • Promotional materials

  • Future creative examples

Businesses may use delivered content for their own marketing purposes according to the agreed package.

Commercial usage rights outside the agreed purpose may require additional agreement.

8. Accuracy & Representation

Bournemouth Atmosphere aims to represent locations, businesses and experiences honestly.

The platform shares creative interpretations of places and moments. Individual experiences may vary.

Bournemouth Atmosphere does not guarantee:

  • Customer numbers

  • Sales increases

  • Business growth

  • Specific marketing outcomes

9. Third-Party Businesses & Experiences

Bournemouth Atmosphere may feature or collaborate with independent businesses, venues and experience providers.

Bournemouth Atmosphere is not responsible for:

  • Third-party services

  • Business operations

  • Pricing changes

  • Availability

  • Customer experiences provided by external businesses

Any bookings, purchases or agreements made with third parties are between the customer and the relevant business.

10. Community & Public Content

Bournemouth Atmosphere may feature public locations, architecture, streets, events and general atmosphere.

Content is created with respect for privacy and public spaces.

Individuals may contact Bournemouth Atmosphere regarding concerns about published content, and reasonable requests will be considered.

11. Brand & Intellectual Property

The Bournemouth Atmosphere name, logo, branding, creative concepts and original content remain the property of Bournemouth Atmosphere unless otherwise agreed.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale or commercial use of Bournemouth Atmosphere branding or materials is not permitted.

12. Changes to These Terms

Bournemouth Atmosphere may update these terms when necessary as services, partnerships and the platform develop.
